As a building company we love nothing more than a challenge and on our first visit to Wood street we knew that we where up for a challenge.

On a extremely steep sloping block, towards the Maribyrnong River our brief was to construct 4 large Architecturally designed townhouses. Two closest the river are build over 3 levels with sweeping views up and down the river. Some rooms are constructed in the loft raked roof and ceilings creating a cosy atmosphere on those cold winter nights.

The position of the middle townhouse also benefits from views, yet allows the privacy required.  The owners marvelled at our no fuss approach to such a challenging slop, on a steep site. The final result, another project delivered to satisfied owners and their architects.

They are designed to be practical and energy efficient using insulation, pergolas, screens/louvers and water timers.
