This 3 townhouse development was a great challenge from the start given the steep slope down towards the Maribyrnong River, on the other hand it is also a great start to be a fantastic feature on the river.

The front townhouse is a stand alone contemporary double storey home while the bottom two are semi attached sharing the uninterrupted views. They are a 3 level project comprising of a large community basement which has a suspended concrete slab to carry the remainder of the building .The Northern Townhouse also has a roof top deck which was decided on after lockup which made it impossible to crane the steel portal frame supported on steel columns in place. We came up with the option of using a Helicopter to lift the steel beams into place which was of great excitement to the area, the helicopter positioned the beams with ease and to the precise position required.

The project has a lot of glass balastrading to balconies and staircases which opens the floor plan especially the steel single backbone open tread staircases. The building maintained a very streamline finish to add to the modern character. They featured a three level lift in each, Cbus electrics, marble tiles and state of the art appliances.
