Bold, Edgy, Crisp are only some of the words used to describe this home. Turn heads, it certainly does, with its contrasting, unique textures and protruding box like structures this home stands out as it sits proudly on the hill.  Sitting on two street frontages we designed and constructed the rear wall on a 10 degree angle, which helps soften the appearance from the rear street.

The large sloping block was sculpture too accommodate 3 levels of modern indulgence, incorporating a large lap/leisure pool. The interior open tread staircase was constructed in one shaft with a steel backbone to support the black butt treads which is enclosed by an exterior and interior glass wall.

The house has very generous sized rooms incorporating a gym with a polished concrete floor and tiered home theatre. The main living, kitchen, meals area has a rustic looking black butt floor leading from a spacious uniquely tiled foyer. Most of the 2 pak cabinetry are suspended off the floor giving a floating spacious feeling, the gas fire place also mounted off the floor is incorporated into a marble seat. The wrap around stone tops on the kitchen compliments the bold design of this house.
