In arguably one of Moonee Ponds finest streets, this brick Californian Bungalow home underwent major changes with no room left unturned.

The homes original pool was removed to make way for this expansive extension and replaced with a new, modern pool, reflecting the homes renovation. The brief to extend the rear on top of a new fully submerged cellar, showcases our companies vision in providing quality renovations to brief.

As the project developed we extended more than planned, by utilising the large roof space to extend a new upper storey addition. Containing the period style features throughout the front whilst combing a more contemporary, clean crisp lined theme to the rear yet still maintaining the homes high ceilings certainly has made this a true Kennedy Construction.
